seen this befoe and yes its heartbreaking but alot of people only have dogs to work if it be race hunt whatever and after it cant do its job they seem to think the dog is not earning its keep and goodbye unfortunatly

my mate has been out with his puppy tonight and lost it,he fears it might have drowned as he was walking it through a field near a fast flowing river one minute it was their following him the next it had gone. he was walking it between the canal and river in rothwell leeds,so if anyone is in this area and hears anything even if it not good news please let me know the puppy is a bitch and is 17 weeks old she is approx20"tts,she is red with like a black on top of the red,a black tail and black on her head

when feeding a raw diet what fruit and veg do you feed? do you feed it at the same time as raw? do you feed it whole,mashed,choped etc does anyone cook the veg first? how often do you add it? how much do you add? cheers daz

i would have thought they would eat a little more than that mate or maybe the older one is taking more of the mince if their kept together,mine always have ferret biscuits down and then normally a rabbit between 2 of them every couple of days and all seem to be doing fine on that

cheers just needed to know for sure as pretty new to all this hunting done alot of reading and done alot of practising then some idiot starts telling me im doing things wrong cos i read to much

can anyone tell me at what distance you would be able to drop a rabbit if you hit it sweet only asking as someone ive been talking to says they regular take rabbits at 100 yds and i thought this to be too far,always thought a good killing range was 35 - 40 yds cheers daz
