Look at our older generations, tgey ate clean foods and grew most of their own and are fit well into their 80s n 90s. You should check out back to eden for growing produce. Also what minerals are we missing out on by wearing shoes etc??? That we would normally absorb and earth ourselves??

Its not a soy product just mustard based, easy on the gut. Us belfast people love the dulse, i love the smell when ya open the cupboard and its in there, sea lettuce is tasty too and sweeter, we grew up with dulse every saturday when we were young

Just get by on seasonal veg and seaweeds with meat n fish as theyre in season all year round, chickens periods are the only natural food source that contain 22 amino acids needed for the human body, but im a big fam of sea weeds as i feel they offer a lot to the modern diet
