    Me too I think that about the best part the dogs I was looking at are breed for speed and staying power some were meant to go for two or three days i am just wondering if maybe 2 or 3 would be enough to have a good chance of getting them were we could get a good shot at one

    So I was wondering for you guys that use spaniel x I have heard of a few times pure blood spaniel or x of them have been used to flush game like rabbits and fox to the gun I was wondering if anyone has seen them flush game were you could get a shot also besides rabbits and Fox's have you taken any other game with them

    Well around here it hafe and half between government land set aside for hunting lands that can go for mails and private land were foxs make problems with live stock or land people have for hunting and fox are killing small game and then it can be different amounts of land it mostly step hills and heavy brush I talked to a guy that said he hunting with between 1-6 dogs but his area was flat land with timber and swamp Land

    I found a few people that are still breeding fox hounds in our state and fox numbers are getting were there are good numbers of them and I have been wondering how many hounds would you need to have a good chance of getting one going and get a shot at it I know a lot of you are were Hunting with hounds can't be done but I thought some of you older guys might remember when it could be done a lot of the ways things were done had to do with the way it was always done but over here it just fur hunting so we just need enough to put them up to get a shot

    Well there is a bunch that stays around the barn at my cousin's I have to get a good look at them to be sure

    Well the reason I was thinking about a air pistol was I was thinking it would be quieter than a 22 and far as range my grandfather Used to kill rabbits with a 22 automatic pistol out to 20 or 25 yard's but I just found out if you get one with a suppress you can use it for hunting

    Yeah I have looked at that one it looks like it might be on the bigger size I was looking for something that could be on my belt or in a bag were I could have it out of the way but get to it pretty quickly if there is one in that size

    So would you guys have any idea of a good one to start out with it just something was thinking about when they passed the laws for it just takes me back as a kid playing big game hunter in the back yard

    Well we don't have any thing on the power level just that it has to be 22 or 25 caliber for money that I could get away with i finger 600 700 dollars maybe a little more if it was a really good one

    Hi everyone I was wondering if anyone knows of a good air pistol for small game hunting I was thinking about one because or small game season runs through the big game season so I could be ready for anything going by with out making enough noise to scare away the big game

    Lol good one I was just wondering because from what I have read a sling has a lot more power when you get use to it than a lot of people think

    What about rabbits Do you just catch them out in the open and try to get close enough what do you load yours with also does anyone hunt with the slings like from the Bible

    That is what I am thinking the more I learn about them if any of you have them can they be outside dogs or do they have to be a house dog were they can be around people all the time

    Hi everyone so there is a story going around they might be passing a law that allows slingshot hunting for small game here which means squirrel rabbits bobwhites and grouse just wondering if anyone would care to pass along any information about slingshot hunting like ways of getting close enough for the shot favorite kind to use and stuff like that

    Some places yeah but some are pretty easy just wondering what kind of game do you hunt do you run yours with hounds or just alone
