    in all the years ive been ferreting i have never been bit by a rabbit been scratched loads of times i am not saying that it will not happen because it proberly happen now i have said that. your right there fireman respect to them so called non working terriers that take rat bites in there stride i to jacked when i got bitten by a rat it bloody hurts

    I think two of the steering group members are from down your neck of the woods ,if you would offer to set up a meet up in a pub etc with your friends associates and any other interested parties in your locality they would come and answer any questions and talk through the aims and objectives of LAGBI. As would other members in the different localities around the country this is a national group even international to include Eire also so any local events meet ups etc should be arranged if possible even with existing groups and clubs who are interested, spreading the word is thew ay to grow and

    it will be worth it when i catch something and your right it is the nicest way to catch fish .

    you can do it yourself but only a rfd cann put it on your ticket, you would be better getting a fac air rifle and keeping the sub 12lbs one your got because once you have upit to fac you cant down grade it back to a sub 12lbs and at times a sub 12 lbs rifle is useful when you cant use a fac rifle.

    I am writing this thread to say a big thank you to some one of here who renewed my inserest in fly fishing flying, it was the first time in about 20 years that i when fly fishing the last time i when was when in was 19 with my dad and havent been since untill yesterday it was a good few hours which i enjoyed even doe i did catch anything it was better than being indoors, thank you once again you know who you are
