  1. Old trick up the sleeve??? Care to divulge mate? Ha ?
  2. Is it the one that just says fox caller on it with a list of different calls?no mate, just small memory cards with 8 calls on one of them and 12 on the other, then I put them on to a dictaphone.got 1 of them of a member on here.both as goodSounds similar to the one I got a few weeks ago. Got it from a lad off FB but think he's selling them on here aswell. I think a couple of the calls are a bit questionable but I had decent results when I used it
  3. Is it the one that just says fox caller on it with a list of different calls?
  4. Don't know if this is any help to you pal but my friend bought the cordless tracer 150 and although it had a good beam on it, I think it broke 3 times in only a matter of weeks of buying it. He sent it back in the end and just got the 170 variable
  5. It should just grow out of it eventually mate. I think it's something to do with the development of the inside of the ear. Mines 13 months now and although he's rarely sick anymore, I can tell he still doesn't enjoy it in the car. He is getting better though because he's just recently started jumping in whereas before he would always try and pull away from it. Where do you put him when you travel?
  6. Exactly what I do when it's needed, except only give antibiotics if it's infected, otherwise don't bother
  7. That's what I initially thought but I've actually watched it develop. I'm not too worried though because he is still his usual self!
  8. Nope, just told him to give it some purple spray which he's done and obviously the dogs been keeping it clean too. He said he's just going to leave it to heal now.Yes it should be fine, like I said as long as it's clean there shouldn't be a problem. Nothing wrong with the purple spray, I'd just tell him to try the manuka honey though and see what he thinks. One of mine tore it's belly open on some barbed wire so after it was stitched back together, I tried the honey. I was very surprised how fast it healed! I also agree with slip lead about getting the joints checked but u might be better off
  9. He's just coming up to thirteen months now. Funny you should say that actually because last week I left some rabbits that I'd chopped up on the side overnight (stupid, I know!). In the morning, half of it had been eaten and there were legs hidden all round the house!!! I've not noticed him rubbing it on the floor though
  10. I don't think the vet would stitch that now. Prob could have done with one or two straight away, just so it heals quicker but it will heal if kept clean. Have you tried manuka honey before? My vet swears by it and I'm inclined to agree with him!
  11. I've noticed for a few days now that his nose seems to be going pink. At first I thought it might just be a scratch but it's getting even more pink around the sides and on top. A quick google search says it can happen in winter, which would explain it. Some sites say go to the vets. I've never known this before and just wondered if any of you lads had experienced this and would you take him to the vets. There's been no other change whatsoever to indicate he's ill. Thanks in advance
  12. I saw him a few weeks back aswell and thought exactly the same. Nice bloke too
  13. Just googled it. I feed gain 28 but when I look at the ingredients, this looks better to me than the gain. I don't understand all the ingredients, most are the same vitamins and minerals etc. but gain has more cereal, whereas this has more meat. Am I right in thinking this or am I totally off the mark?
  14. That's what I thought, he definately seemed to know what he was doing and my dogs back isn't sore anymore where it was before I saw him. Really nice bloke aswell, it just puzzled me because all I could find was negative about him.
  15. Taken both my dogs to see ken woodacre today. Without going too much in to detail, what I saw is that he sorted them both out and to me, he definately seemed to know what he was doing. He pointed out to me what was wrong without me having to tell him (and he was right) and he put it right for me and told me what to do next. I've never been to see him before but I was pleased I went and he put my mind to rest to say the least. Now my question is, why can I only seem to find bad feedback about this bloke when I was so happy I went to see him?? Has anybody else had any experiences with him and h
  16. Police are usually c**ts, ( not always but usually) I had some tools stolen a while back. I eventually found out where they were and a row broke out. Some pakis had them. It wasn't the pakis that stole them but they were refusing to give them back to me. In all this time the police came, I told them what went on and to get me my tools back because they were handling stolen goods. My tools were stolen and the pakis had them. What could be more obvious??? The copper said they weren't handling stolen goods!!!! How does that work???
  17. Yea I suppose, at least it will be a warning if nothing else
  18. That's the trouble with CCTV, people think it makes things safer. Usually 9 times out of ten, it's about as much use as tits on a bull. Just hope this time somebody does recognise them and it gets sorted!
  19. No I know, just read it back and it sounded like I was critisicing! Ha, no I wasn't at all. Don't get me wrong, even if it's not connected, they all need kicking in the dick! Thieving anything on a personal level is disgusting!
  20. Ohh right, that's not Lincolnshire though is it?!
  21. Near Manchester and still for sale. Sorry, phones been down
