i thought that actually so i near enough gave this one a fingertip search(no smart comments!lol) no entry wound. i could have missed it but i checked all the usual aim points.

yeah,thats what we thought. this land borders on to a landfill site so it might also be something nasty off there?we did find a rabbit dead this morning n the same area in the middle of the track with no marks apart from eyes gone(crows i would have thought)the rabbit wasn't there yesterday afternoon. that land fill, its not near carnaby is it mate ? was going to the tip the other day with my dad and saw 2 dead foxes on the road, dont know weather they had bin ran over or what ? no,its at york city itself mate,just on the outskirts.

no,plenty of live ones about but not seen any dead ones laid about.

no marks on there necks etc and never noticed any snares around(not that we've ever really looked!)no,they just looked as if they've laid down and gone to sleep! not curled up though,laid on there side with legs out stretched out at a right angle to one side.

i use a 4-12 x 50 on my 95 now. i prefer the 12x mag for long shots but to be fair its nearly always on 6x!!

in the last couple of weeks,we've been out mooching and come across 3 dead foxs. all looked healthy(apart from being dead before some smart ass points that out! ),no wounds,no disease,not been shot or dogged. the last one we found was today at about 11 am. all though it had a slight covering of frost,it wasn't stiff yet so probably died late last night or very early this morning. only thing we can think is that some one is possibly poisoning them. any other ideas?

is it alright for your dog to eat rabbit bones

my dogs get everything on the bone and raw. rabbits(gutted,skinned and head off)whole venison legs etc. never anything left and never had a vets bill from what they eat!! -
would any one of you be saying the same if it were your dogs? shooting a few dogs what kinda tramp does that in fairness. the revenge with be unholy if they were mine if it were my dogs and i was at the limit of my permission and the farmer next door was watching me...my dogs would be on the leads and i wouldn't have been there for two hours!

one question....if you intend to add more speed at a later date and in your own words,using a lab will keep "hardness" in the breed,mwhy not just put the lab over a pure hound? is it a case of just breeding the dogs you have or is it that you know deep down that the bull is needed?

i thought a farmer had to give a verbal warning before shooting dogs that are worrying stock? regardless,if the lads knew they were being watched by the farmers and STILL let there dogs stray onto there land,its the lads own fault for giving the farmers an excuse! i know its hard to accept and im normally the first to start shouting "shoot all his stock and burn his barns"etc but the fact is,if the farmer didn't have excuse or reason,the dogs wouldn't have been shot.

imo these dogs will be put in the same pigeon hole as heavy bull x's and alaunts....they will have there uses and no doubt will take game but not consistantly or easily enough for most people. definately a "specialist" dog with a very small niche to fill nowadays! jmo.

whats guess work? in the original riddle,when the change is given back its conveniently rounded up to 3 x 9(27)when in fact the 3 men only paid 25 for the room and thats when it starts to get confusing and my head hurts....
