  7. Why not? OP says land is passed for all calibres! Because if he has a closed ticket the firearms officer will have to check the land first to approve it However if your friend has an open ticket you could shoot under his supervision as long as you have the permission from farmer

  9. Had this for the second time over the weekend. I used two rabbits, sat them in salted water overnight, wash the salt water away, boil for two hours next day. Take rabbit meat off the bone (that's how I prefer) Fry an onion with butter, add pepper (optional), add rabbit meat, add plentiful amount of quality mulled wine, let it simmer and reduce, add a beef oxo cube (for colour mostly) and a little flour to thicken towards the end of cooking, Delicious, and even better to take to work and reheat the next day Enjoy

  12. Anyone recommend a catapult for a beginner wanting to kill rats in a shed. Don't mind paying a bit for quality. How much should I expect to pay? Complete beginner to the catapult sport - what about the different elastics and pouches? How hard is it to learn to shoot accurately? What range is the killing range for rats/rabbits? Thanks

  18. Easy as pie. Took the three screws out of the trigger guard piece which lets the wood become free from the metal, put the metal safe to one side. By metal I mean barell/action/scope anything else like mod unless you choose to take mod off - I would to make it lighter. I also got a mate to help hold stuff in place and did it close to the table - don't want to go dropping the barell etc. Then look at the stock, the channel where the barell sits, get fine sandpaper and get sanding, did mine by hand, all the way along the barell channel. It's hard to tell how much is coming off, just
