  1. South Ceredigion / Carmarthenshire border. I know the land I want to add isn't passed for any calibre as nobody shoots on it. The police have never assessed it. I'd like an open cert, but will wait a while longer - don't want to seem bold. Will they question how much ammo I've used so far, as on paper it looks like I've only had 40 Bullets in the last year, but I have been loading with my mentor and chipping in with him for supplies in exchange for homeloads - is this ok, or a bit naughty in their opinion?
  2. Many Thanks, may also ask for new permission to be added while I'm at it.
  3. So no need to fill in a variation form. Could I also ask for my mentor condition to be taken off now? I've held my FAC for just over a year, and SGC for 6 years. Would I need to request that, or should I ask my mentor to write a letter and enclose it at the same time?

  6. Hi, do I need to inform the ploice that I will be reloading for my .223? I have already bought the presses and dies along with some bullet heads, primers, cases and powder Thanks
  7. Hi all, been out shooting paper with my cz 452 17hmr today, went well until a little hail came and I changed ammo. I was using Federal V-max 17gr @ 50 paces, all went well, group was about 1/2 inch. Moved target out to 100 paces, ok but shooting 2 inches low - adjusted scope, problem solved. Then came some hail, quickly covered everything up under tarp - went to get fresh ammo from the safe - CCI TNT Hollow point 17gr. Used up the last of the first ammo (Federal 17g Polymer tip V-max) had 5 to use so just used them, rubbish this time - holes peppered all between 2 and 5 o'clock, about 2 inche
