Both lamp and battery in good working order. Deben battery was £270 new. I'm sure the lamp was around 190 I had it sent over from Australia just before lockdown. It's the enforcer so has the better lead and task light which is handy for getting thru gates and hedges etc. Ive noticed These lamps are hard to get hold of now. Everywhere I've looked seem to be out of stock so grab it while you can. Its got to go i reduced the price. Can post at extra cost

    £150

  3. Exactly. And lucky to have insurance on the car nevermind anything else lol
  4. If you've done all that and got stacks of permission I'd be very surprised. I've tried the door knocking etc. And it's the same old story someone Shoots on here already. Just gotta take ur chances these days and do what it takes to get dogs out and running game
  5. Dog was mad for the cover spent many a time following him thru brambles and whatever else was in the way to see what scent he was following.... Usually ended up at a tree where he'd followed a squirrel lol
  6. Mate I had a Weimaranar before I had a lurcher, was fascinated by him chasing rabbits but he never caught one. It did however push me to get a lurcher and that's when everything changed. U need the right dog for the right job and unfortunately I don't think a viszla will do it but definitely look at getting the right dog for the job
  7. drontals cheap on pet drugs online
  8. Don't mean to sound out of order but ive had 3\4 grey 1\4 bull. Was a good dog and caught a lot of things. also Not owned but seen 1st cross bull greys and done every job put in front of them. SOo surely it's each to their own? Maybe you not been fortunate enough to own a decent dog or maybe been out with Shit dogs and got a bad view on them?
  9. Google chicken farms and turkey farms in ur area. I did the same and now have a constant supply of turkey wings n necks.
  10. Where did golly come from?
  11. Baits depend on where you are going to fish. Surf beaches like llangennith in s Wales you won't beat live razors, failing that lugworm fish well. Obviously ur sand eel and mackerel etc will still fish but They wouldn't be top of my list. Estuaries peelers crab, rag worm although I know of a 13lber caught in the river by me on a whole mackerel which coughed up a shad. Docks I'd use small rag, maddies or mussels. Not to clued up on artificials so really couldn't help there. Boat fishing I know they use the live eel a lot and drift sand bars etc.
  12. Let us know how you get on with it
  13. My mate gets it in bulk. I think maybe from dog track up in Swindon? I have seen it on a cpl of online sites but can't comment on the quality as it may be different to the stuff I'm using. Shavings I'd personally not use as you don't know what dust your dogs breathing in?
  14. Shredded wax paper I find the best. Straw I found my dogs enjoyed pissing on it. Have used old clothes but this wax papers sound and a bale will last me 6 months for 1 terrier n 1 lurcher.
  15. alot of people use white water out of milford haven, he is the charter to be on in the summer for the blues
  16. Try it ! To begin, Find a drain pipe in your floor with two rods or outside in the ground. it works for sure. ive seen it used by a cpl of old school workers on the gas to locate sewers, gas main, water main etc. pretty much any kind of void in the ground. never thought of it being used in this kind if work though lol
  17. Thanks for the replies every1. I found all the brands claim 100% waterproof n all the other baffling talk about how they keep you dry and usually after a short while they seem to fail. I'll look into all the suggestions put up and see what suits best. Thanks again for the advice.
  18. I don't find them noisey mate and they are good on the barbed wire fence lol Thanks for that I'll take a look.
