Mate that's mad, I just went outside and found my hutch wide open, my Jill inside going mental but my 2 Jill kits missing!! I'm searching around everywhere going mental facing the fact that they were gone forever!! Looked around for about an hour but nothing!! Went back to the hutch and start whistling like I do every time I feed them, and to my amazement 2 soaking wet stinkers crawl out from under my decking!! Couldn't believe it! Glad you got yours back as well, I know they are only stinkers but it's mad how attached we get to them.

Hi, anybody from the Bristol/bath area looking for a ferreting partner? I've got 3 Jill's, nets etc and a few permissions to mooch around on, not been ferreting long so ideally looking for an experienced ferreter to give me a bit of guidance, and for my ferrets to follow a proper worker. I'm also happy to give anybody a hand,I'm honest and trustworthy , I drive also so can travel. Maybe swap permissions for a change? Let me know , cheers harry

Hi guys, just bought a mk1 r10 after selling my s410, went out to zero it in today and managed to get 2 squirrels, took them at 25yards, nice accurate gun...... Must get the new mag for it tho!!

Poacherkev; ha no not giving it up mate, did have a right result today tho, managed to pick up a new permission 10 mins from home with not a bramble/thorn in sight!! Just nice grass hills!! Defo be up for going out over Xmas mate, just give me a ring or txt when your about and were get up there!

I normally go out just after the local shithead poachers have lamped the life out of my perm with there dogs, they are now slightly lamp shy :-(

Hi guys, I have some nets that I don't use and never will, so instead of throwing them away I'm offering them free of charge to any young ferreter under the age of 16 who may be struggling to get kit together for them selves, there's over 10 nylon nets (no pegs), I will also post them for free for you, or you are welcome to pick them up from me in Bristol, let me know if anybody is interested, cheers harry

I've sorted a few outings out with an experienced ferreter, so I can watch and learn from him and hopefully improve my own ferreting, I have had rabbits from them so at least I'm not totally blanking.

Hopefully sorted a day/ days out with an experienced ferreter off here, so hopefully I will learn a thing or two from him, and yeah I have been given some great advise tonight and really appreciate it. Really looking forward to getting out again now and trying what I've been told after feeling a bit deflated earlier. Thanks for everyone's input

Haha foxtails I had that experience today mate, crawling through a hawthorn edge laying nets for ages............ Then nothing home!!!
