You may already know this, but I'll lay it out for you. Scope. normally used for shooting. No recording ability, you can get a really good one for your £800. Night vision Add on digital. You need a scope as well. it's basically a camera that fits on the back of a scope with a screen. Some you can record on with an extra recording box some do it themselves. See Night site NS50 or the later ones. Uses an infra red source to illuminate the target in the dark. £400+ and add a scope as well. Night vision add on image intensifier. Again needs a scope. This time its a special tube that in

Welcome to the forum. -
You unscrewed a bit too much! The outer ring comes off first then the spacer with the writing on it. The lens should stay in the scope body and this is what you adjust. When ready, put it all back together and the outer ring locks in all in place.
-
Google pin hole cameras, I believe it's the same principle. If you look at the end of the scope the bit with the white writing on it unscrews. When taken off you will see the lens in it's carrier and you just twist that to change the focus.
-
That's the objective end (not the one you look into) Is your scope the one with the Adjustable objective? If it's not, you can still adjust the focus by unscrewing the objective end of the scope tube and then twisting the lens until the target is in focus. That's exactly the same set up as I've got on mine and I had to reduce the focus from somewhere around 60 yards to a much closer 25 yards.

Hi Matty, thanks for your reply mate. I've learnt to get along with the trigger for the time being and seem to be getting some good results now I'm used to it. My priority at the moment is to get my HW97k fixed as its completely out of order. Wish you lived round my way as I've seen some of the fantastic jobs you've done on a few rifles on here, keep up the good work. Daryl Just in case you want to do it your self: http://www.capeairrifle.co.za/Downloads/Stripdowns/HW97K%20Strip%20and%20venom%20kit%20install.pdf -
Daystate themselves? Unless you can find second hand I bet that's going to be your only option. See if you can find a local Daystate dealer, they should be able to order it in if you don't want to go direct.

There is quite a lot on information about the rekord trigger in the HW rifles so plenty to read about it. I would say it is the torx screw at the front of the trigger that's causing problems rather than the big one you can get to when the stock is on. http://weihrauchowners.freeforums.org/rekord-trigger-tuning-and-assembly-t5747.html -
Come on, you can find out from typing HW90 FAC into Google. The first result was 18-20fpe in .22 As to how to turn it up. Not a chance.
-
Some sort of sticky valve in the regulator? At this point my knowledge runs out so hopefully someone will be able to help. Either on here or you could try the Weihrauch owners club as they may be more versed in the rifle. Simon
-
It shouldn't do that. 200 bar is fine and all the shots down to ~90 bar should be the same. What happens if you shoot a few then leave it? (All assuming this is a Weihrauch HW100)
-
It might be that you were looking at professional insurance. Ie one that is still valid if you charge the owner for your shooting.

Get someone you trust to meet them in person! What with all the stories of guns going missing in the post and scammers selling airguns that are more air than gun it's rapidly heading towards face to face deals only. Mind you long standing forum members with a good reputation are probably OK if you can deal with the posting.

Falcon Raptor that squeaks and a Daystate airwolf that doesn't. The HW99s groans a little bit but doesn't squeak!
-
One of my PCP's squeaks/chirps when I fill it. Always considered it normal.

Well I'm home alone this weekend so I've got to decide whether to do some work around the place for brownie points when the wife returns or go out and knock on some doors to see if I can find somewhere to shoot. Will be at the club on Sunday, but would have loved to be able to walk around a permission!
