had loads of different ones over the years from the old pnumatic side lever ones that weighed a tonn to the aa shamal up to an r10 but always end up going back to the mk1 rapid, to me they just carnt be beaten for quality and reliability ive got an fac .20cal one now cracking gun just a shame it doesnt get used more often.
i bloke near me me bred and ran them years ago, he hold me they were useless, and he only ever had one any good at anything ,and that was drawing at the end of a dig :laugh:
i had a german ceromonial dagger, i thought it was a copy, sold on on the car boot for a £10 turned out to be real and worth £400 some you win,some you loose
i buy em up whenever i can save em for the antique fairs some of the designs are cracking i get 10-15 quid each .. vintage embroidered linen table cloths sell well upto 25 quid .. i`ve got a decent customer base now which is half the battle i can turn some things around quick -- the bronze grouse i bought todays gone for 40 notes ..

we have starlings that have been feeding young since last month
any pics of starlings feeding young mate..are you sure its not blackthorn in flower???
it could well be blackthorn as there are no leaves, the starlings are in a mates roof i will try to get round and get a photo in the week
i worked it out by hand once and 12yrds was the same zero as 75yrds with a 1 and 1/2 inch highspot at roughly 43yrds.
What ammo you using for that paulus I use RWS at the moment,it's always handy to know where the front of the ballistic arc is,
