  4. my mam were fine with it as long as i stuck to the rules, plucked/skinned cleaned and head off before they came into the house and if I killed it I cooked it. try and get hold of a shed so you dont have to keep gear right under her nose if she's against it goodluck young'un its a much better hobby than facebook and if you get into it you'll grow into one of the few real men from your generation

    anybody on here keep old english pheasant fowl?. i used to keep them a few years back till the tea leaves got them.i'm not after any its just nice to see quality birds
  7. roof it mate. a cat round but not in the pen is bloody useful when it comes to quail, keeps the rats away and rats kill as many as cats
  8. chuffed as owt someone killed the evil kunt but i've heard that nonces have their own units so i wont give the killers too much credit if they were serving time together
  9. not many people will be happy to give there permissions out to people. your best bet is to do the rounds asking farmers/landowners leave your rifle at home and expect most to send you on your way but stick at it and eventuallyyou'll get somewhere.good luck

  13. they weren't always bad, i've had alsorts from blenny to conger on a 25+ year old shakespear beachcaster. the more expensive of the salt range are nice rods too
  14. you'll have to bare wi me as i'm useless with this computer malarky. joined to fuel my addiction to all things country sport. not been doing much lately other than fishing and setting a few wires but looking to get back hunting more regular. i'm a Yorkshire lad who's bred ferrets (and poultry,rabbits,mice, rats, guine pigs etc etc) since i was a little lad until recently . as i've said i'm into just about every field sport going and i'm looking for my first lurcher of my own, been lamping with others plenty but never owned one ofn my own. it would be nice to get to know some others in north
