    fighting

Sean Gannon is a copper and nearly lost his job over the fight with Kimbo.Gannon fought on the UFC not so long ago and got a proper beating.Cant remember the lads name though.
  2. but £200 interesting ??? £200 not likely mate.
  3. Ive got that book here its my mates. Its not a bad read with some interesting articles on different types of running dogs.
  4. All you need is 4 of them galvanised mesh panels you see around building sites etc.Just cable tie the corners and at each corner dig a small hole and fill it with concrete and push the legs of the cable tied corners into it.Then as you get time you can add to it.That will be the quickest way to get a run.It wont be the best but it will allow you to keep the dog.
  5. Get some Colbys Crystals from the chemist. It contains pottassium permanganate and this stuff helps heal them a bit quicker.A few of the lads I know with Greyhounds use this stuff all the time.
  6. Theres plenty of info on this link about Daystate.Ive got a X2R Sport and its easily the best air rifle I have owned. The Air Ranger is quite a big heavy gun.How old is your son ? http://www.daystateamerica.com/
  7. He got some stick on the comments page
  8. Nice bit info to be had on that
  9. To get the best out of infa red sights you can always get an infa red filter for your lamp.It makes a lot of difference to your infa red equipment if you also use an infa red filter on your lamp. You can see a lot further and a lot clearer.A filter for the Clulite range is £22.50 and a filter for the Striker is £85.I use both and it does make your equipment a lot more powerful.
  10. Ive got a Blaserlite but I prefer to use my Striker instead as the beam is a lot better. Both of these lamps use the same 100 watt bulb.
  11. Hers an old pic of the dog if it works
  12. Ive ordered plenty of stuff from them and it can take a while to arrive. It all depends if you got it sent air mail or surface mail.
  13. The best dog I ever owned was a first cross Bedlington Greyhound. He stood at 24" and I worked him to all quarry.I posted a few pics on here a while ago.
  14. Ive always run mine direct from the battery with no fuse.Cut the cigar connector off they reduce the power of the beam, its something to do with current I think. On the cigar fitting the outside pin is negative and the centre pin is live.
  15. My mate is interested in having a look at one of these set ups.Do you have a link to were they can be bought from thanks.
  16. Definetely remove them.Running dogs pick up enough injuries during the season without leaving dew claws on aswell. As said earlier dogs can be laid up for a good while with injuries to dew claws.
  17. Mines a 5/8 greyhound 3/8 Bull he stands at 26" and weighs in at 75lbs.
  18. Did one of them kick the dogs ?
  19. Its just full of adverts and shows.I nearly forgot its also full of dogs and pups at ridiculous prices.Wonder what ever happened to Daergi that used to put his exploits in of his working terriers. It was a good read when he was in it.
  20. That pup looks fine to me,dont let people try to put you off the dog hes only a pup and got a lot of growing to do yet.

    .25

Most of the manufacturers make there guns in .25 calibre,it all depends on what you fancy. In this calibre due to its short range and loopy trajectory you would be better off getting an fac version. If its only for rabbits and pigeons any of the other three calibres will be perfect for this.If you still want a .25 and get a fac you can either get a spring, gas ram or pcp charged gun.Imo the pick of these for me would be either a HW80(spring) Eliminator (gas ram) or either a Rapid mk II (pcp)or a Airwolf.
  22. hi mate, ive had a similar problem with my bull bitch and in her case its an allergy to yeast, i hope this helps, good lucl Your bang on Barney. The vet couldnt pinpoint what was causeing it so he told my mate to keep the dog away from nettles etc, treat the feet for mites,Reduce the protein. My mate tried all this and the dog was still chewing his feet.Too cut a long story short my mate took him back to the vets and it was found the dog had an intolerance to yeast.I think he just feeds the dog raw now and hes been fine so far.
  23. I can just picture it.It would be like a scene from the film Caddyshack lol.
  24. Does anyone know were I can buy Roofing Sheets from a supplier in the North East ?Ive tried all the places I can think of and had no luck so far. Thanks for any replies.
