ok my mistake but he wants me to send back item and will take £4.30 postage when £10.99 included in the price for postage You both made mistakes, you initially by pressing the BIN button and confirming your order. He should not have sent the item before you had paid, but perhaps he thought that he was helping you to get the item quicker? Even though the item was priced at £10.99 with free postage it still costs him money to post it. With you sending the item back it will cost you £8.60 and you will have nothing to show for it. So you might as well pay the £10.99 and keep the item. Or

got email from seller says item was sent i send it back and he will refund me and take 4.30 pound for postage but i have not paid for item.
