  1. Mike would be a gooden at the moment J... I know its not the right time for you, but one to consider... She is a great wee bitch J, thats for sure, for her size and has had a good few seasons now with hardly an injury, hope she keeps it up i am sure she will..
  2. When i use to hunt a bit after hare back in the late 80's and early 90's the dogs were mosty doubled up as well. Their was no talk of matches then, or big money changing hands much, just going out for the craic and getting a hunt. A good few were caught, went to tulsk, roscommon, castlerea, plenty about, you would be lucky to see 1 their now...also, gone hot due to pricks in gangs with loose dogs killing sheep ect! Bring back the good auld days..lol... Their was also some very good dogs, no excuses then, if a dog yapped, jacked, go wide and have a low catch rate, it was put down humanely witho

  17. They bred their dogs themselfs, not many got them from what i have been told. Their still around and have a good reputation with coursing dogs.
  18. Most clips on you-tube of salkis in the desert running hares ect, are not real, the quarry is dropped and the dogs chase, the gazzels hares ect, are not in their own habitat. However, their are some clips that have salukis running after real wild prey, in their own environment, like seen in the clip below. The arab sheik can be seen travelling over to africa on the boat and met by african hunting guides. The salukis are running wild gazzel, hare and also use their falcons. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=73NDrP03EQo
