I wouldn't be too concerned about the traitor Blair...... Towards the end of the referendum campaign, he issued similar 'warnings', which even the most ardent Re-Moaners completely ignored ! At the time both Kinnock Jr and Benn Jr - hardly from successful bloodlines themselves - distanced themselves and their campaign from his comments, and didn't welcome his intervention at all. I think that, in this country at least, 'Brand Blair' has become so toxic that if he told us the time of day, no-one would believe him !

Tonight 9pm Channel 4. Preview says it will look at the many and varied customers of a Michigan gun shop....... Will it explore the psyche of the average American gun owner.....or display a procession of weirdos ?

This looks, to me, like simply parliament wanting to see 'due process'...... The courts decision doesn't challenge the referendum result in any way. Parliament voted to enshrine the European Union Act, and it has to vote to repeal it. Having said that, I'm sure there will be some who try to subvert the process, and we have to wonder exactly what can of worms the court has opened !

If FIFA are really trying to rebuild their reputation, they're going the wrong way about it ! The oldest international fixture is being played on the very day that ended the war in which both countries lost so many men - wear the poppy and f*** 'em, I say !

Really surprised that no-one has already picked up on this ! Is the poppy a 'political statement' ? Should we just tell FIFA that our players will wear them, come what may ? The good Lady BB is about as unpolitical as its possible to be, but when she heard this on the news, she asked me what had gone on, so I quickly explained. She took this in, turned to me and said, "Just jobs for the boys, isn't it ?. They're all as corrupt as each other, so why should he even pretend to be sorry ?" I think we've got this all wrong ! We are not being watched, we are being 'monitored', for our own well-being, to keep us safe from those nasty Arab types.....if MI5 can't spot them, how can they protect us ? Every form I fill in needs so much information, but how else will services be tailored to meet my specific needs, if the council doesn't know everything about me ? They're only trying to help... And if my call isn't recorded, how will my electricity supplier train their staff ? And surely 'access to my media files' means that the software developer wants to keep me safe f

Can't argue with that Kay, what do you think about all this snooping built into the devices though? If you download an app to a phone it tells you what it's going to have access to. Some of that is pretty personal. That's just the software designer. The world knows all about all of us anyway, last year I got a new phone, I didn't register it , just payed cash for the phone & a top up for it, several weeks later i got in from work & I had a knock at the door & it was the police, they asked if I was ok as the emergency services had received 9 calls I was quite shocked at wh

Many of the survivalist, 'prepper' types call those who are unprepared 'zombies' , because they shuffle through life, with no thought to what the future might bring. When they talk of the 'zombie apocalypse ', they mean the large scale disorder, rioting and violence that would follow a national emergency or civil breakdown. So, zombies DO exist.......in a way.
