Gypo joe i meant that in the pic the fish have a colour & or look like brownies wasent sure from pic quality/angle of it.I dont remember reading that there was mullet there too at the side thus i asked but now see it has mullet mentioned i must of missed it as i see no signs of an edit.I know a wee bit about fishing used to do load's of it sea/river but not so much now & love seatrout fishing but cant do it legaly on my local now as it's whatched & big truble been going down it sucks.

  5. Well said Dawn B as breeding dog's can be hard to put together to compensate each other & some buyer's dont have a clue of the lengths we go to to do so & bring up pup's.Im no breeder but breed my own dog thus i hope to get a stud with thing's in place & have seen working abilaty thus to get a good dog for me.I know a lad how used a stud with no test's hip's/eyes & dident look at pedigree's just through them together then used cows milk to bring up pups from 2weeks old on & got ok money for them with the excuse of to slow my bitch down.jUst seen another bitch bred at 2yrs o
  6. Hello i was wondering on asspets of moonlight flighting to take into account. It's on fields that wigeon are hitting thats my target but i was wondering for geese etc.Im next to tideal mud flats & was wondering on things i should take into account ie clouds i know they help but should i wait till tide starts to come in & push wildfowle or is there a time when activity is good. It's been years since i done it but never realy had much knowledge in this field any way.Sfty not realy an issue as it's fields not like being on the flats.
  7. Hello i acctually rate the S&B better but its the price for what im after it would be a PMII & realy too much scope for me but has the illumination as the standard 4x16x50 S&B.The swarovski do the 6x24x50 for same price & i think they do it illuminated too now or they have the high-grid & both have 30mm tubes. My scopes are a S&B 2.5x10x56 & swar 2.5x10x42 on a 22.250 & 25-06. Wildfowler-2007 did the doe you get have kid's or was it her kid's.I normally take the lot even in feb/march when kids are less or not dependent on the mother.By law in Scotland you shoul
  8. good going so you shoot a a few then nothing like a bit bolt work.On the optic front i personally think the S&B are the best but i have swarovski too & looking to upgrade to swarovski only because S&B dont do what im after in swarovski price as i would be a PMII £1000-1400 for the scope i want.
  9. Factory/homeload they all do diffrent things but if its for charlie i use v-max/homeloaded in a 22.250.You would be best with 50g in you rifle.
  10. No probs people glad to help its the bottom beak you cut & once you cut you will see the 2 wee holes in the sides of the beak to fit the pins in each side.Learnt that years ago & do it all the time as its easyer to keep them that way & to each induvitual bird.
  11. Sorry to hear very sad news all the best to you to get through it.
  12. Hello like this. . It's quite easy realy & no glue needed.Pick the pin feathers & keep them in order ie right-side & left-side.Once done cut the beak 25/30mm & from the the birds right hand pin goes into its right sude of the beak & push it in 4-5mm & let it dry.

Hello & nice i have just done my 3rd day beating with my dogs & my 14month old cocker. At first he was quite disopointing for me as he worked like a tank for me on trainning days & i even shot 1 pheasant over him but now he is starting to do me proud & can fairly hunt out the birds now & quite happy to go hunt for a bit then check in then off again.
