    im having the same problem with two of my new jills...... when i first got them two months ago they were good as gold, got on with all my other ferrets and i would have no problem with handling / working them. all of a sudden theyve become more aggressive, i cant even handle one of them without it jumping, hissing and tyring to lock onto my fingers. i took her out last sunday to work and all she would do is attack the other workers underground. you would see the others dragging them selves out with her locked onto them. even tyring to pick the little f***** up took me 10 minutes, i had to reso

    I USE MY FERRETS ALL YEAR ROUND DUE TO THE SUCCESS I GET WITH THEM... THE ONLY PAIN IS THAT I HAVE TO GO THE WEEK BEFORE WITH THE PETROL TRIMMER TO CLEAR THE LAND. BUT THE REWARDS ARE WORTH IT. RICHIE

    i always leave a large bowl of dry food for them as i believe in free feeding and i throw in the occasional bunny as a treat.... also by free feeding them ive never had a ferret lay up... touch wood. i dont believe in starving them before hunting as no.1 its bang out of order starving them plus you never get a lay-up...     ive got an unpaid job to do tomorrow morning in englefield green, surrey TW20. a lady has approx a 3 acre garden to clear that is over run with rabbits. she says at worst she has seen atleast 20 rabbits on her garden " probably get there and theres two ! . the burrows are easily accessable so shouldnt be a problem. so please if any one fancies helping me out it would be appreciated as a mate pulled out the last minute. please pm me and ill get back soon as. ill be up till 1am to check pm`s and check again in the morning. i dont have to be at the house untill 8am. richie
