    We started Friday,with Vixen.Good cover hunting,with my old lurcher turning the clock back.My young Beddy earning his keep.

    My dog is out of Shamus and he goes very well,just over a year old and ticks all the boxes so far.

    I got both.Only one line of Plummers seem to retrieve with no trainning,my Beddy does'nt.My Plummers and Beddy all bush to a high standard,they all ferret,some Plummers better than others,the Beddy is good(may even become as good as my late Plummer dog or my aged Border,only time will tell).The Plummers have the edge on the ratting.The Plummers all earthdogs,the Beddy not old enough yet. Beddy are easier to live with than the Plummers.All off um need patience.

    Mine Plummers have work everything and the pups I've breed that were asked to be earthdogs went fine.I don't breed anymore and the Plummers I've got will be my last,no fault of theres but all the politics and bickering (how many pages) has soured me.Pity as I have had some good times.

    Thats why I keep mine to myself,as I ain't got nothing to prove to anyone.My lot are coming to the end of there earthwork lives now.Well done for giving the little bitch a second chance,I hope it goes well.
