    Misusing the donations is a form of corruption even if by a charity for a supposed good cause of prosecuting that case and the fact the costs were hardly proportionate to the result. Not only that but they instructed a legal team outside of their own who would have been paid thousands. People will get fed up and I've heard ordinary pet owners who are non hunters slating them.

    Never say that your firearms are for protection as it will be a sure way to lose them. We don't have a right to bear arms like America. In theory your FCA should only be issued if you are not at any specific risk of losing your firearms eg house alarmed, kept securly, not living in a high crime area etc. As rob190364 says a decent defence solicitor would be main thing.

    It all boils down to what is reasonable at the time which leaves a lot of scope to be hung out to dry by a prosecutor depending what you say. Your actions have to be absolutely necessary at the time as well as proportionate to the threat. Warning shots are aload of balls, that's one wasted and if your on the house and fire one where is it going? Do you fire at a stud wall or a ceiling, what about ricochets?     They are trying to raise £1,000,000 to fund these type of prosecutions. Thats approximately £134,000 per fox. That's public money well spent - I think not. Any investigative journalists on THL could have a little project there for themselves, such a large organization making banker like decisions with public money must have some skeletons in their closet as well as some power and control hungry twats running it.     I know a lot of brewers use the flip tops but I go for magners bottles and a capper. Can't go wrong youll know at the time if you fcuk up filling it. Sometimes you'll get a batch and its not 100% and its just tough shite. Happens to us all.

    When you say you had a problem with some of the bottles did you sterilize them before you filled them as that could account for the difference in taste in the same batch.
