I've often wondered why rugby players don't try their hand at boxing. They are obviously tough, fit lads that don't mind getting a slap. Is it because they like the security of the pack/team and don't fancy being on their own in a ring?

Fellaini is a fookin idiot and Aguero is as good an actor as a WWF wrestler. Pair of them complete arseholes. Surely managers can tell players to not react and surely players should have enough self respect not to go down as if they've been shot as soon as there's any contact. Something really wrong with the modern game. If a player really has a gripe with another player why don't they sort it out in the tunnel or after the game? Takes the piss out of ordinary guys who pay good money to watch them.

I doubt that memorial was defaced out of some far right racist thinking, closer to the truth is that everyday people have watched the disgusting perversion of the British justice system to pander to one group of society and they are sickened by it.......its some people's way of protesting that fact. Doreen Lawrence had her son's body taken to Jamaica because his grave would have been defaced in the UK. There is a flagstone in memory of the boy at the exact place where he was stabbed, that has been vandalised repeatedly. So transferring the boy's remains to a place of safety is something any parent would do. The Lawrence case was as much about police corruption as race hatred.

For me, the first black heavyweight boxer Jack Johnston deserves a mention.Private life dodgy, but he had tremendous balls to even appear in a ring at a time when the Klu Klux clan were regularly hanging blacks. Riots would regularly break out when he won.The footage of him outclassing his white opponents with the all -white crowd baying for his blood (literally) shows the sheer courage of the man. I used to supervise a lot of hen parties. Apart from a few women who were genuinely masculine/pissheads, I think the vast majority of women were just acting, pretending to enjoy themselves. I always thought they were just going through the motions of screeching at balloon pricks, hysterically laughing at male strippers etc. If you looked at them in unguarded moments a lot of them looked pissed off. I got the feeling a lot of them would rather have been home drinking hot chocolate and watching the telly. .

Unbelievable thing the mind. I can't believe Fury has gone on the piss and coke for this length of time when there's millions to be made. I'm naturally cynical, so I checked out some of the headteacher's claims. Hs school does not get the best results in the area. Four schools in the area are considered by Ofsted to be 'outstanding'. Fairclough's school is judged 'good'. Two fifths of pupils get free school meals according to Ofsted not two thirds as Fairclough stated. Whats your favourite island chief ?.....just out of curiosity and a love of the same regions I've been to Kos, Zante,Kefalonia but my favourite is Corfu. Very laid back, no crime whatsoever. Been there 7 times. Always love wildlife watching. snorkelling eating, local food. Hiring a car and exploring is my favourite bit of the holiday. Some hairy drivers over there though, I don't think anybody sits a test.
