Small balls such as 9.5mm will go right through a dove, ive tried and it went straight through and busted its wing, have a look through the topics at my topic dove kill 2

Ive ditched the paracord tabs, they were inconsistent as shit lol, just gone back to the direct ott attachment and elastic grooves, i will put a pic up tommorow, although the only bit of paracord innerstrand you can see is the knot as i wrapped it over with theraband ties just to make sure, but they help massively as when the tubes were tied direct with theraband they were slipping further up with every shot, paracord strand and constriction know solved it straight away

They are, as long as you put in the time with them, to be honest i think you can either shoot a catty or you cant imo, i found it pretty easy to pick up and get accurate with it despite a few setbacks, wheras friends who ive tried to get into it just dont seem to have the natural ability to shoot one

Get a thread started with your kill shots bud, nobodies posted some kills in quite a while, i dropped a woodie with that antler catty with some surgical tubing on and 12mm lead today but couldnt retrieve it as it fell into some cover full of nettles, im loving it and the deep draw on the surgical tubing is great -
Not really hard to use but takes a lot of practice to get anywhere near accurate, consistently anyway

Not really, I tried that attachment method you told me about with the antler catty and surgical tubing aswell, its alot more securer with the tubes, cheers

From what ive heard you hold them in the pouch by the hole making sure that they are sat in the pouch with a flat side on it -

Kill number 5: Another pigeon today, the bird was sat on a metal fence that surrounds a sewerage works, the field at the side has a strip of pea plants and the pigeon was sat on the very edge with a group of others so the pigeon couldnt see the bird but the hawk could see the pigeon, he left the fence and swung to the right before cutting back into the pigeon flock taking one just as it rose, nice mugging at its best lol

Try some strips of pigeon, my bird loves the taste of it, just make sure theyve been frozen for a little bit before you give them the bird
