Key words for me are WILD animal. Some of ye stalking lads need to get yere heads out of the clouds and come back down to the real world like everyone else. No didnt seal it in pan but the cassarole dish is cast iron and piping hot , could sealing it cause this ? Mine was lovely to but couldnt eat much because i was unsure about the meat

Cooked some rabbit earlier in a cassarole and the meat was a ham colour not white as usual. Is this because i didnt soak it as long as uaual?

Thats what i tought ftm this was big feral and got down this hole as quick as a rabbit. Ive a tiny cocker x russle and she couldnt fit down after it. Albert im the same cant stand cats espically feral ones dirty yokes

I suppose it would be better shelter and warmth than anywhere else for them. Im thinking now this cat lived down there or has litter ect because she deffinatly knew where she was going. Thinking of it now she even passed of a small tree to get to the hole

Damm right it was lol. It got in there so quick and down the hole like a shot it looked like it had been down there before so i dont think it was spur of the moment all the same , the bitch had her head in the hole right after the cat so the cat seemed to know where it was going.

Was out this morning doing bit of ferreting and the ferret was bolloxing about so i was sitting around waiting when i look up to see my 9mnts lurcher coursing this big feral cat and im thinking holy f**k shes very close to getting it when all of a sudden the cat slips down a rabbit burrow and gone. Couldnt believe my eyes , now i was delighted it made it escape because the pup just had it and she hasent seen any teeth (or claws) yet and i dont want her to till next season. So i was just wondering anyone seen cats using rabbit burrows?

Bitch pup 8month old. Sire is in my profile pic he is deerhound x weatonhound, and dam is 3quarter hound x collie. Pup is coming along very well just think im going to hold back on her and rember shes so young because ud sware she had a season down the way she taken to it day and night so well

Cocker x russle great little bitch for rabbits always full of energy covers some ground shes only 2and is starting to show a bit of interest in charlie and i reckon il have to dig her out farley soon not ideal for some but suites me fine. Great little bitch and is always keeping my lurcher pup busy!
