I have some of these, great catapults, decent price and sorted me out a few freebies as well I was well pleased with mine. He also made a bespoke catty for my boy, he is nine. I can fully recommend them, well helpful bloke. -

Yeh but the type o protein is poor. I say i you can get meat then use it. I myself use Gain, but only as a bulker. I would say 60/40 meat/meal, is what I use.
