  1. my girls were in season that long mate waiting for my mates hobs balls to drop, i was getting worried to be honest as there my first and there first season but all should be well now.i wouldnt worry mate.
  2. i told them i was getting a dog rather than asking lol, they thought i was lying and wouldnt happen but i know when she sees that ball of fluff shes going to melt like she does with al pups and that will be case closed.hahaha she might even help walking it lolbut the old man just keeps out of it as long as he dunt have to do anything to help hes fine.

Today was the first time squirrel shooting with a mate in my local woods, was great fun but there hardy little buggers and sometimes get themselves wedge right up inthe bows, they aint stupid either picking the highest trees with the most cover in to hide. It was also the first time id taken my spaniel shooting with the air rifle he picked up on it straight away, following where ever the gun points, he retrived all 5 aswell although one did bite him on the lip, not a murmor out of him tho. all in al was a good fun day out. 4 of the five had huge bollocks onthem lol.once the air rifle is filled

  12. this was meant to be my first season ferreting but after buying a mk1 collar and locator on ebay and discovering they didnt work i pu tany ideas of ferreting out of my mind for fear of losing the ferts, but after speaking to a bloke in my local i finaly decided to bight the bullet and get out there, well ive been 3 times in the last week and not lost a ferret yet. As it was thefirst time out i decided to try small warrens with 2/3 holes, but reading posts on here they may have justbeen play holes, finally tried a larger warren, ferrets were gone over 45 mins and im notashamed to admitit iwas b

  17. i have a spaniel at mo is a right pain in the arse for disapearing and turning a deaf ear, you can see him think hmm go back or go chase shit it take s him bout 1/2 a second to f**k off lol but like some sed give him time and he does turn up. by the way got his litter brother whos the opposite always around if not quick whistle and hes there. adam

  19. hi Adam here from Sheffield, was a member of smoochers but im more a spectator as i have no experience with runnign dogs as yet, one day the circumstances will change, i have two spaniels at the moment both trained to the gun. keep up the stories as i love reading other peeps experiences and a few pics never go amiss. cheers
