I fell down the stairs carrying my daughter when she was about 2; managed to end up at the bottom on by back legs facing up but she didn't even know as such and asked to go again. To this day couldn't tell you how I managed to get round a corner but the baby didn't touch the stairs at all

Got to the river a bit early so had to dig a certain bank; still did ok and managed the biggest pair of beef steaks I've seen.

We got the moors; used the same stretch they used for the lurchers. 2 lengths is 1 mile so was easy to work out distance

We found a few spots today we are thinking of camping on, few little clearings and rough fields. Think I counted 9 tors I could see today from different spots; down,pew and sheep's I know but the other where small in comparison

Took a nice walk up there with the girls, a nice 3/4 mile walk,some awesome views and plenty of climbing. Nice and easy with it being up hill there and down hill back; We saw linnets, greenfinch, long-tail tits, skylarks, redwings, wheatear, redwing, Jay's, ravens, bullfinch, chaffinch, stonechat and probably a few more. Also saw a few slow worms, ponies, sheep and various caterpillars and butterflys. Mushroom wise we picked some bay boletes and ceps (could have filled a bag for life) but found many more including what I think are false chanterelle but will check next we
