The Nite hunter price for the 'sniper cam' is (last time i heard) at the £350ish mark. Which if it is, will be the best option on the market (short of making your own) However once all the product design, testing, and sourcing of materials, overheads, manufacturing etc etc is done maybe it will be more (its hard to believe it can be better than the ns200 for less money, otherwise why didnt nitesite make a better unit for the same price?) -Ok maybe i should clarify that last statement, I can believe it can be better than the ns200. I just dont know why nitesite put out a product tha

never used one, didnt think they did them in .177 size but for the price of buying one you will have spent alot more than the cost of the pellets used to zero. ATB Adam -

I dont know the specific ins and outs of the lawsuit but i think its over the fact its a nightvision camera with IR that fits over the original scope and thats what nitesite has patented or whatever, all i do know is nitehunter have now gotten arround it by making it a daytime scope cam with the ability to be used at night its all in the professional wording and the small prints, Si might know more about the whole thing. patents are lifed and once the patent expries anyone can use the idea (as i understand it) hence ford has no claim on peugot as the patent expired along time ago AT

well after hearing what nite-hunter went through with nite site i cant believe you can still buy these, so if they are that good id get one before the bubble bursts However i know Nite-Hunter have gotten around nite site by selling there product as a daytime scope camera with night adapter (rather than a pure nitevision site) and it makes the nitesite ns200 look like a stoneage tool ! Although they are still in the develepmont stage and not for general sale, there are however videos on youtube of it SnyperCat has done one, but if i was going to buy a new sight then i would be holding o

I was refused service when I went to send my rifle for dipping, it wasn't until I explained it was only parts and not the actual rifle that they accepted it, and mine was in a box so you couldn't tell what it was anyway. Courier seems to be the way most people send it ATB Adam

The nite eye looks interesting, I'm suprised they haven't been sued to death by nite site just like nite hunter were ATB Adam

They are great for FAC air rifles, retain a lot of kinetic energy but has a more parabolic trajectory (think thats the right word, loops a lot more) I would recommend getting a .22 for rabbits at that range rather than a .25 ATB Adam

Just play safe and stick it in the gun bag, its no drama to put it in then walk the 100 yards and get it out again saves any hassle you might encounter weather your right or wrong to walk down the path is insignificant, Just do the sensible and responsible thing of putting it away whilst in public, the general public might not know what your upto and it only takes 1 call to the police to ruin your day ATB Adam
