  2. Cheers Elliot, I don't think it's going to be able to cock it in the aim... I'll just have to make sure I don't miss haha! Yeah I was trying to get hold of an fx bulpup but they had know idea when they would be available in sub12 ... They have the variable power setting.. I suppose I could have got one really as I have my FAC but I'd rather just have a dedicated sub12

  5. Yes I know its a marmite gun, but I really like it and at least not everyone is going to have one like the daystates / Hws / Rapids Could possibly be the first multishot edgun in the country .. or at least one of the first
  6. Hi all, If some of you can remember I had a pre midlife crisis in July and placed an order for an Edgun Matador Long R3M (multishot) .. Well today it turned up!!! First impressions are good and i cant wait to get it on the range and see what she can do! very light, shoulders very well and has a really good feel to her, although very light it has a real robust feel and feels sturdy and well put together! here are the first pics In the bag you get 2 x10 shot mags which are similar to HW or Webley mags with no moving parts, fill probe, spare o rings and user guide/ war
  7. The gun has arrived.. Scope & mounts should be here by the end of the week... I've no excuse now really Can you add me to the weekend fe & steak pls
  8. You do know your in the air rifle section right??
  9. Bad things come in 3s mate! So your probably due something good about now Chin up and it will all work out
  10. Ive shot a 303 .. god damn those things are beasts! not sure what hurts more being shot by one or shooting one!...solid metal butt plate Learnt to shoot the Lee enfield 303 when i was 12 yrs old, Loved the Kick of the Old boy, But Preferred the SLR as My all time Powder burner just loved that Beasty. That's because it's that long you can poke your target with it.. Even longer with the bayonet fitted! It was a bit before my time but I've shot it at bisley, and I like it.
  11. If there is even a shadow of doubt don't do it, not worth getting into trouble and losing/banned from owning weapons ..and that's the advice I'm sticking too on an open forum...
  12. First time with a SxS last night.. loved it! feel like a new purchase coming!

  13. The HFT's are good pellets.. my experiences of the ogives are not so good
  14. Ive shot a 303 .. god damn those things are beasts! not sure what hurts more being shot by one or shooting one!...solid metal butt plate
  15. Not in this country, and even at FAC I cant see it getting passed for anything more than rabbits Just seems a bit of a waste of time to me Mox, or am I missing the point? Not at all mate. But we will see Darryl has it passed for fox on his licence Im not sure what its capabilities and ranges are .. team wild seem to shoot some pritty big things with them but they are up close .. not sure you will get that many foxes come into that sort of range cant see the benefits over CF personally but if you want one you can get it
  16. except the sub 12 isnt having the 303 stock its having the wolf/ranger.... which then turns it into the new wolf..until the actual new wolf comes out with the upgraded wolverine technology.. so its like a wolf 2.5 ?? infact as it has no electronics its more like ranger 2.5???????
  17. winnie were poor for me, I use eley and have had no problems - although I stopped testing brands when I found one I liked
  18. I have never owned one but a lad I work with has them, loves them more than his kids! I've been out with him a couple times and its great fun, I'm sure you'd love it mate
  19. Lovely rifle, sure you will love it - welcome to the forum Let us know when you get it and stick some pics up
  20. Go for it buddy, as you need a licence in Ireland no matter what power you might aswel go big, good luck
  21. If your going fac just go .22 you will get a flat trajectory like .177 but with better stopping power. When you get into fac powers with .177 you are just going to start getting through and through shots If you are set on .177 then you won't lose a great deal of accuracy until your pellets start going over 1000fps, so either 18 or 12 would be fine
  22. Of the cricket? God knows... I heard BAR were trying to become the importers but I've only heard rumours
