was out today on the first driven day. good craic, free grub, £25 and a couple brace. also seen some roe at the boundary so might have a look out one day
ive had a few types of quick release lead but find most of them pish. either the leather bursts after a while or the release mechanisms jam or are to weak and the dog can pull it off. i use a bit of blue rope through the collar now. cheap but effective
just spoke to the guy i know with the boerbels. he said the last time he lined his bitch he got a test tube full of you know sent over from oz from a working strain. he said he had seen the dogs in video and they were running the pigs down aswell as holding them.
always fancied 1 and would like some feedback on them? what was your preferable x i.e. 1/2 or 3/4 and how did you find them for stamina brains and on all sorts of quarry? cheers wyllie
i have a sal/grey x col/grey. hes 3 years old. quite inteligent at times. great stamina but too head strong headed at times. i would show you him but photobucket is down just now. will post pics later
