    I thought athletes and long distance runners sat in an ice bath after a hard session to help recovery, I'm not sure what an ice bath does but it must do something good for top athletes to do it, that said I wouldn't fancy putting my dogs in an ice bath after a hard days work, perhaps just dip them in a cold icey dyke before the journey home and then put the heaters on flat out on the way back to dry them out

    did it by artificial insemination the other day because he has never lined a bitch before and getting a bit old now, think omc is going to get some straws frozen but he hasn't done yet

    bitch looks well hows she bred she is out of bin laden, very good bitch seen her run about 6 or 7 years ago, fast and very good round cover, she had 2 pups out of Lucas last time from a frozen straw
