As a somewhat free speach advocate I tend to agree, my issue really is if we have laws then those laws should be applied equally across the board, do you think if Tommy robinson told people to go out and murder their MP,s he would not be sat in Belmarsh right now, the incitement to murder law is from 1861 so it's not a new thing.

In other news kneecrap have had the charges dropped against them for inciting people the kill their MP , The reason given for dropping the charges is because it was 2023 its now beyond the statutory limits, something doesn't add up as statutory limits only apply to minor sentences from magistrates courts, incitement to murder is a serious crime and can carry a life sentence therefore statutory limits can not be applied, its looking like the cps have dropped the possible incitement to murder charges and gone for a lesser of charges of waving a flag .....all very odd imo
