He's 21 Tts and he's got loads of fire in his belly, endless stamina on them long runs and steady around the nets when ferreting, he has an aggressive running style but uses his brain a lot also, with a killer strike,
Does me fine
Cheers lads, Tbh he's an ugly fecker in my opinion but looks don't count in the lurcher game, he's an honest hard working dog who gives 100% what more can any one ask for ??
Good look with the season lads
Well with the weather I had to nock lamping on the head but hopefully if the rain holds off I'll be able to get out for a few hours tomorrow night with the wee dog and hopefully have a decent bag like the last time I was out
Tbh mate I wouldn't be to bothered about the cross aslong as the dog is bred from good working parents, the are a lot of purpose bred rabbing launchers out there to chose from. However I have seen straigh half x beddy whippets work with terrier and they are first class moching dogs great nose, brains and plenty heart
I bumped it up because i was reading up about lakies and a link brought me to this thread but i couldnt see the pictures so i bumped it so a could come thro the main site and ontp this thread.
Im getting a lakie in the next 4-5 weeks
I only know that the dogs were no workers because the owners openly admitted that they were pets, dont get me wrong i go for a drink and a laugh, even took my dog to shows on the intention to enter him and was having such a laugh i forgot to enter him in his class.
I personaly think that these non workers shouldnt be in the same league as the working dogs never mind in the same show ring, i went to a few shows over the summer and almoast every show was won by a non working dog. And funnly enough they were all broken coated
