    Cheers lads ............ The young dog is 14mnths Boots ............ As I have said the pic doesnt really do him justice..........He's as strong as an Ox & well bred so fingers crossed.....The little bitch is an excellent dog who never lets me down.........Again a well bred animal with old gould & nutall blood

    After a spell of crappy weather we eventually got out with the terriers today.........The cover was still really bad but we eventually got on our quarry in a smallish but awkward place , Roots being the main problem , After about 40 mins we got to Moll & her quarry ................ We had our young dog "clay" with us & he had his first "on site" experience today , He was keen to say the least so all in all a straightforward but great day.......

    Cracking looking animal mate...............I really do like them , I had a a genuine half cross of exactly the same colour -Due to some problems at the time she was passed onto a genuine lad of this site who got her going as a general all rounder , she turned into a cracking little fox bitch but was tradgically killed early in a collision with a plow while running a fox........... A big strong dog like that would be great over that bitch we got down here that just had pups Lucky....... All the best mate.......Taff

    Spaniel everytime for me , I have seen some excellent terriers work cover but there is always the problem of it disappearing which , if you dont want it , is a big problem especially if he gets into a tight place after a rabbit a situation that eventually is going to end in disaster.......I work with a fella who loved bushing with his terriers but over the yrs he was into it he lost 2 to ground , 1 at a rabbit & another to a fox ........ Chief - N has got himself a cracking little cocker bitch pup there now for some bushing & rough shooting........She certainly going to be a challen

    I had one & I'd swear by it............Much rather it as a tool as a pose to the Toyota Hilux I had , not as comfortable but a far better workhorse..............As has been pointed out the only niggles would be space & maybe clearance but other than that they are the dogs bollocks !!!!

    Dont give a f**k about DM & dont really give a f**k who Mr1 is either to be honest............Ive learned that alot of "names" are usually so far up their own arses & believers in their own hype that they have forgotten what working terriers are all about...........The fact that people are concerned about DM judging shows made me laugh in itself....................SHOWS - What genuine worker of terriers really gives a toss about who's judging a show for fucks sake.........??????

    Here are some pics of the pups from 5/8 3/8 bitch to Turks 5/8 3/8 dog "Golly"..........The latest ones show the pups today at 4wks old........ Sire.... Dam.... Pups today....... Due to some changes in circumstance there are now 2no. Dog pups left.............The whole litter are good & strong so no-one will be left with an rubbish...........

    She is her usual angelic self !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!........ Bolted a fox out of a drain a few weeks back with her but other then that the same as you mate............This unatural weather is a pain !!!!!!........... The position of the kennels & perimeter fencing makes it very sheltered from wind & rain so I'll see how it goes................Like you said its nothing to put a panel up....

    In my last house I used to get them regular...............Sad thing was they always used to get into the terriers runs for some reason , 3 times I found thier remains after an old terrier "nigger" got hold of them !!!

    Nice post that Leveller......... I spent a 3 days & 2 nights on a 2 man boat with him & his nephew , Living on pork pies & whiskey & shitting into newspaper !!!!..............The man is very entertaining & had some great old tales , Like you said he is fishing mad & very knowledgeable to , I wont pretend I know him but what I do know is that he was sound enough to me & showed me good sport & good company..............speak as find....
