Now I don't know much about pheasants but I've bred snakes with colour mutations (morphs) in the past and unless the normal is carrying the leucistic gene I'd expect to get all normals in the clutch. If you went on to breed one of these chicks with a leucistic bird you should get a split of both normals and leucistics in the clutch. That's if it work anything like it does in snakes -

Sounds like your typical headcase shepherd still easier to live with than a Mal though I've known quite a few Eastern European shepherds that were seriously dog aggressive, wouldn't say you've failed her just the way she's wired. Only the Malinois is worth a toss as a working dog from hat I've heard, never had any experience with the others though so can't really say much about their temperaments. Only one I've known was Groenendael that lived down the road from me years back, was a sweet dog but as a guard it was a bit of a chocolate teapot.
