Get one from good working stock would personally go to mike brown they are handy little rabbiting dogs get your recall nailed as a few I seen are good workers and get a good bond cause whippets can be timed and very jumpy

Iv seen ideations dog work and a very good example of a whippet I really like the dog but hes right the dog would brake if you want a all rounder you need a lurcher no doubt about it

As said lurchers will do the job but a ideal bushing dog needs nose drive and will catch game but also you need them.to work as a team so the lurcher is in the right place at the right time seen loads of bunnys fly passed me when my lurchers are hunting the cover and I do like a bushing dog to give a bit of tounge when they located thier quarry

I said the other days there nothing tougher than a woman protecting her kids in all animals be it fox dog or human they just seem to go inti over kill when protecting there young also have woman have a certian control over men dont now if its cause im.young but misses can piss me right off but soon as she get all horny all is forgetten haha
