    In my opinion when a working terrier goes to his quarry there should be no excuse for it to leave it maybe you shouldn't have entered the dog sore but even still he walked and that is that you can lie him up and try him again he might dig 50 more but in the back of your head you will never have full faith in him . If you have any of this type you want shut of say after 15 digs and its still playing on your mind ill feed it bud I'm not saying its not worth keeping but if he walked once sore or not and he gets took into the trenches again there is a chance he will walk well if that happen

    its easy to sicken any living thing any i have saw that happen with have all bounced back after a gd rest and fully healed up. boes a boxer fight hard fights week in week out nope they get over the injuries sustained during the previous fight. now i dont mean sore as in a few nicks or scratches i mean from hard work

    theres a place near me called the sand dunes and it runs to 16+ feet and is all sand its a known terrier killer by cave ins a place i wouldnt put the enemies dog never mind my own but as usual it always holds and and always has cubs in it every breeding season

    i think its as people said, things happen for a reason. but when you watch a pup die when you fought to save it, it takes it out of you especially when the breeder dont give a monkeys too, but as this site has shown there are some good folk out there and its not just the new pup gift its the support of the guys on ere mate. it was nice of whoever gifted you the pup because they obviously seen how wrecked yas were and for paying the vets bills too showed yas were genuine carers for the dog and not in it to make a couple of quid

    every time i met don we were doing holes when he was on his way with other lads to do the same holes. he used to take fellas out n show them earths for the price of a bottle of cider. and once when he was out with a few mates they were talking to him while going about searching for the terrier when they looked up and saw him having a shitte on top of a farm gate lol

    good read reminds me of my mates and myself in ways. but im a frank type and ive a friend who runs the local hunt and hes a top guy too and hes got dogs of us and likewise the pup im running on now came from him, i think now a days in northern ireland its no longer a class thing as theres far more franks over here than pro hunt terrier men and the ones ive met have been sound and we all hav at least 1 thing in common and thats working our dogs. but lets leave the bullsh1t to the likes of the authors and let us franks and pro terrier men keep the working terriers alive and digging :thumbs:

    britain is fcuked up so much these days that if it ever went into ww3 90% of the brits would be talking to the guards taking then to the gas chambers in a peaceful protest saying it offends some muslims human rights, and the invading armies would say thats right now move along ya poof til we turn the gas taps on. i think britain would be there for the taking
