she doesnt know the dog, why would anyone in their right mind do that to an unknown dog even a lab or a lurcher. If a child does the same its the parents fault. If you know anything about dog psychology you would know getting in a dogs face (an unknown dog as well) is getting in the dogs space and can be seen as a challange. But i've owned a Rotts and Shepherds and the bite od the Dogo argentino was more of a nervous bite. true regards the bite, just a snap.
