  1. I can vouch for the stink, three baths Marv's had and he still stinking the gaff out since Wednesday, excuse the pun but it was foul, even inside the barns that had been cleared out the ammonia was burning me blinkers. It was Marv's first time out and was a little clueless to say the least, i think he was more taken to sniffing the back end of the border terrier than chasing rats, maybe he is starting to realise his lipstick isn't just for sitting and licking, still he managed to bag himself a cracking 1% of the total haul :icon_redface: Cracking day out, but gutted i had work commitment

    The Drink

the reason they tell people is because they fought so hard with an addiction and are very proud at the fact the are on the wagon.Every day the dont put a drink to their lips they count as a good one.Fair play to them i say they are beating a disease every day in their own little way Have they beaten it truly, AA programs them into believing they are alcoholics for the rest of their lives, the majority feeling should they have just one drink then that's it game over. surely combating it with cognitive behavioural therapy would be better, empowering the person to change their way of thinkin

    The Drink

I can take it or leave it, i can go for months without alcohol, but do like a binge every now and then. Due to the work i do i come across a lot of people who use drink in one way or another and a few who have turned their backs on it, one thing i will say though, the people who choose to leave drink on their own accord are quite easy going regarding other people drinking, whilst the ones who have been through the twelve steps are mostly an obnoxious, self righteous bunch, and in the same way pensioners feel the need to tell you their age AA members cannot fight the urge to tell you how long t

  9. The ironic thing is the majority on here who spout the shite they do would of been amongst the ones who would never of been allowed near any arian breeding program
  10. this is very true and mcmillan will have my support untill my dying day for it Experienced it first hand and will be grateful to them till my dying day, for the suffering they ended for my Grandmother and the family
  11. It is already rife in hospices and hospitals throughout the country with the morphine drives being turned up at regular intervals in the dying days of a lot of people, but as this is done in a manner seen as pain control it is not highlighted. Watching Tony Nicklinson on tv last night was heartbreaking stuff, what i found the most insulting was the way his daughter was quizzed on news night, then they rolled out a bloke who had recovered from locked in syndrome after six months, thats a shit and a shave compared to what Tony has endured surely. Let the poor bloke have a way out, for humanity

  18. I have separted them now, the kits are in there own part, so see how it goes, i had read on here a number of times that another jill in with the mother and kitts helps with their care and upkeep, this has been the case up until now. Tomano why would i need to google feeding them? the jills and kitts are fed on minced beef, minced rabbit, liver and chicken wings, they have food and water at all times, so really cannot see where you have based your comments
  19. The kitts are 6 or 7 weeks old now and are weened so hopefully should be ok, im going to seperate them today and keep a close eye on whats going on. The One, thanks for your question, i was thinking the same because she is hissing a lot, not at me just in general, i can handle her and the kitts without so much as a nip, but when she is back in the cage she starts hissing again

In the last couple of days two kits have been eaten by im presuming the mother or the other adult jill in the hutch, all that has been left either time is a few patches of fur, couple of questions, shall i move them to their own hutch now as they are eating meat and secondly could it have been the other kits that have done this
