Just been given a Edgar Bro's Model 60, with silencer and sights for free, I know it cant be a top shelf gun when someone has gifted it, but im looking for informative feedback on these rifles good or bad, but would prefer a little more than must be crap if given for free!!

Just got back, it couldn't of went better if really, this has been going on since he was 4 weeks old, at which time he was known as the infant, as I wasn't privi to being allowed to know his name, took till he was 1 before his mother slipped up and was served with court papers, since then access has been granted, but very slowly, and each time his mother has came up with various excuses to stop me from seeing him. Well got to start getting ready, am at court again today to fight to see my 18 month old boy, seems his mother can set targets that would rival any herculean tasks, yet they still arnt good enough........... Rake, it's a criminal offence to get caught watching TV without a licence, not a civil matter. There's no allowing people to take you to court or not, you have no choice in the matter. You fail to attend your summons, a distress warrant will be issued and the police will come and arrest you.. Malt the order placed upon myself was not due to being caught watching tv, but down to the fact that as I didn't have one I refused to reply to their letters, hence the legal action taken. As I stated earlier, but was overlooked by some, the matter can be simplified by taking ten min to fill out

If it were the case of the owners dumping them, and we cant totally rule out that possibility. The Dyke House area of Hartlepool is amongst some of the highest levels of poverty stricken areas in the UK. I agree with what you say, but with the whole criminal vs civil issue, you might be interested to know that magistrates courts are/were listed on Dun and Bradstreet as trading businesses Convictions for profit? Now i never knew that about Magistrate Courts, everyday is a school day

Oh well I retract the plc bit but, everything else stands, lol The best way round is to don't let them in, once you start to receive the letters threatening court action, ignore them till the final court warning arrives, then and only then go to their website and fill in the relevant section stating you do not own a tv nor any receiving equipment, and bingo 2yrs free grace from them calling at your door. Could I just bring up this as a point of contention, if the BBC own the licensing organisation, why would they need to apply to it for the necessary funding to run their media empire? TV Licensing is government owned and government enforced Has anyone ever wondered how if you do not pay any other service providers bills it is party to a civil court action, yet if you do not pay your tv license it is a criminal offence?
