  6. cant be that bad as they out sell Toyotas in Australia where they are really tested drive them every day at work, water board, our mechanics hate them.
  7. defo not a ranger!!! use them at work and they are trash..absolute rubbish.
  8. i would allways buy new.your faith in the gun will start from day 1.stick with bolt action, semi autos and pumps are ammo eaters.the only semi auto i ever owned jammed constantly.and when your lamping from a truck and it jams it isnt the safest feeling in the world trying to extract a live round from a very very small chamber..i would never own 1 again..you could do a lot worse than going with the cz.exellant working guns.
  9. l200..on to my 2nd one.my previous 1 was a 04 plate.never had any trouble with it in the 3yrs i owned it and it was well used!!..curent 1 is a 06 plate, had it 5 month now and no probs..if i had to choose other than a mitsy it would be the hilux.
  10. chin up mate.sounds like she had a cracking life,a absolute credit to her breed and working terriers in general.you said you could write a book,am sure you could.come on mate, share some accounts of digs you had with her.
  11. bolted a bob tailed fox twice from the same cundy withing weeks of each other, could of been a coincidence and not been the same bob tailed....but it never got a 3rd chance
  12. get its blood suger levells checked.iv had a couple of dogs turn diabetic at around that age
  13. any one wanting a good read google ''lakeland hunting memories''..click on borrans..scroll down left hand side.loads of old rescue's of trapped terriers..some of them were in plummers ''the fell terrier'' but loads more.
  14. i cant see what all the fuss is about.i had a red cross bred bitch years ago that would stay all day/night if needed but i could call her out at any time.yes i had many remarks about the bitches gameness if she would leave a fox but its amazing how many ''hard'' digging men wanted to use her in bad digging spots just to try get a quick bolt..bolting terriers have there uses.dont knock them.
  15. im in north east england or i would have taken it.bolting dog is what i need
  16. hi mate.what are the dimensions of the quad terrier box?
  17. hi folks.new to this forum.rebel can you get access to a rabbit pen?..as with everything involving training, patience is the secret.the little dog is only doing wha he was breed to do..go back to basics.you say you have just aquired him,2 or 3 weeks spent basic traing again might be your answer..as with all cockers YOU need to apply the brakes..get him hard on the stop whistle.go back to the basic training, get him on the sop whistle then only when you think hes ready get him in a rabbit pen..try not to put the dog in a position where he is doing wrong..be patient.good luck...oh and why gethim t
