    mine put the odd one up in the woods but they up and away and should imagine a left and a right on a pair with a shotty is not very common,like you say though i seen far more game with a couple bushers knocking about the cover than i ever did
  18. got myself some them neoprene types window cleaners use got feeling with all this cover still up im gonna need them,taking the pup out weekend see if i can find a few holes to start him off but i got a feeling its going to be a drama lol.dogs looking well
  19. Because they're delicious, but to be fair to a great bird I'd rather give them a sporting chance. If a lurcher is catching them then there's a good chance they're just after coming in from their migration and are weak. The full moon at the moment means they've more or less just landed. I shoot them (when I'm lucky enough) and if any of you lads are lucky enough to get one in the bag thanks to your lurcher do yourself a favour and have him for your dinner, just give the head to your ferret. Strangely I always leave the head on, as traditions favours, when serving them roast for a number

  21. mine regularly put them up in the local woods during day and they aint gonna catch them lol,dont think iv ever seen one sitting out on the lamp plenty partridges though
