    Well i was surprised, took it in March 29th and it was ready this Tuesday but it was only a Stage 1 tune, worth the wait though, would be interesting to see how much more difference a stage 2 makes!

    Well i didn't even consider Superdomes, it was what SFS suggested and they look good, but i will try the Superfeilds as as you said they are similar to AA Field and they were great in the Tx200.

    Yeah cheaper and wont have to throw 1/3 of the tin away haha, but i will try some superfields, crossman and H+N in the future see how they get on. Atb

    I started it on AA fields which were good, but tried some RWS superdomes in it, they were a tight fit and grouped slightly better than the AA when out to 40+ yards. Atb

    Thanks, yes its a lovely rifle the 97, and tunned just makes it that bit better, cant wait to go out and get a few hours under its belt.

    Picked my rifle up from Tony Wall yesterday at a very quick turn around of under 2 weeks, went on his 20 m range and zeroed the scope, echoing others there is a considerable difference to the rifle, much smoother and the whole firing cycle seems much quicker! Whilst the weather was good yesterday there was no time for playing, straight back to work, but this morning i took the rifle out and check zeroed at 30 yards, got some nice tight groupings well under a 5p peice, then on the way back the first victim landed in the tree around 35 yards away, the pigeons body was covered by another thick b

    Skot what pellets was that with? Mine is on AA feild at the moment but yet to do a pellet test.

    Yeah i think s410 is looking the best option at the moment but i do like the S10, R10 and HW100 aswell and the build quality of the HW97 makes me think it might be worth waiting for the HW100.
