  2. the white terriers bred in cork were cracking terriers before the out cross
  3. yes sounds right but does it not take votes from the tories and helps labour get in.
  4. ive just listened to wee eck on tv and he said it will be 20 yrs before another vote unless britain leaves europe as i said on another thread scotland is pro euro, then he hinted that if the vow is not carried out that some snp members are starting to rumble about a rerun in the next few years
  5. because in the words of my big mate who supports the gers it cos WE ARRTHE PEEEPPPELLL
  6. wrong , the reason against ukip is that most of scotland is very pro europe not all of us dont like ukip i for one do but sadly i'm just one voice in the wilderness
  7. WILF he's the man for the job, always moaning, never wrong, got all the answers, west ham fan, see he fits the bill perfectly. or is that gnasher.
  8. he may well be but he was and still is a very clever politician and no i find him cringworthy but he got over one and a half million scots to vote for his idea he had the three main party leaders begging and pleading and he has got scotland more power and a bit closer to independence not bad for a prat wilf.
  9. just back from voting it was quite busy.
  10. You mean Euros if you can get some Do any of you Scottish "yes" lads want to buy a car? It's a 1990 Pajero 140K miles 3 month T&T I only want £30K for it? Do you take Salmond make believe money........I can't tell you what it is yet but don't worry, it will be fine !! Lol lol I just figured if they will buy this BS from Salmond I would have no problems selling them my motor you will need to sell it cos we are no selling any of our oil to you lot to run it and you'll no be able afford the the rest cos they are banging up their prices. you could convert it to steam but the poor qu
  11. anyone voting because of religion or football team does'nt deserve a vote
  12. Not being funny fella but the vulcan nuclear force used to be based less than 20 miles from where I was raised. And those fuckers carried warheads that can be measured in the megaton yields not kiloton. So don't make out the rest of the union hasn't lived with that when it was necessary! didnt make out anything just pointed out a lot of voters dont want a nuclear facility next to where they live, thats if i'm allowed to point it out fella.

    M25 ???

theres one on the [bANNED TEXT] at glasgow where you join and exit from the right
  14. lads your all saying what if but what if the biggest nuclear weapons facility in western europe was been built less than thirty miles from your major city that would put many people off voting to stay in the union.
  15. well ive listened to debates and speeches and ive read endless leaflets about why and why not to vote yes and still i'm undecided, but one thing that gets me is why are the union supporters so desperate to keep us after all all i hear from them is how much scotland benefits from the union so why not cut the apron strings and let the scots fend forthemselves, maybe they benefit as much thats why the hullabaloo like while together they get the taxes from all the big scottish industries they also get control of the oil and gas industries, yes scotland gets its share but it also contributes to man
  16. lots of the older lads used say a long backed dog had an extra rib and that was good
  17. well love or loath salmond but the little guy has gave the big party leader the runaround, right now the three main party leaders are in scotland at the same time pleading for a no vote, dont like him myself but he's a force not to be taken lightly
  18. exactly max, theirs a big if about it all its got to be thought through and done not to stuff it up the english or because we can or because of history, its like you say in your best post on this thread because it affects our children and their children, like most people i stick up for my country and this makes me feel like voting yes but then i think of the cost not in money but in changes to me and my families lives i then think of voting no so i'm still undecided as is the wife and two daughters, but one things for sure we will vote i just hope we get it right.
  19. Steve, you should read a bit of history; England never overran Scotland 300 years ago. What really happened was Scotland had a disastorous foray into trying to start an empire in Central America and brought Scotland to the brink of bankruptcy. They then asked for the union with England to save themselves and their country. There is a lot that went on in the past that 95% of Scots don't know about, and Salmond sure isn't going to tell them the truth about the past........or the future. nearly correct but your forgetting that scotland didnt ask, england offered to bail scotland out and did
  20. Thank f**k Why don't I get a say though?......given the fact we will all be because its for over 16 teens
  21. labour in scotland kicked this off when donald dewar got the scottish parliament up and running did they really think the snp would have a parliament in scotland yet still be ruled by westminster, the worst thing that happened for the union was given the scots the parliament and the welsh the assembly because both will always want more, if the union survives their should be one parly and all should be ruled by it totally.
  22. I think the point is if your dog came flying out looking to bite either the person walking or attack the other persons dog. I doubt anyone would hit your dog cause it just happens to be there. If it bit a person and they hit it fair enough if it was fighting another dog and they hit it with a stick I would break the stick over they're head people have dogs treat them like kids and cry like baby's when they get in a fight it's a dog not a child if I was walking down a road or path or whatever and a dog come out and attacked my dog and this has happened a number of times I don't make a fuss or
  23. without it being underwritten by the bank of England it will be monopoly money nobody will touch with a proverbial barge pole rubbish.... when you have control over the oil and gas in the north sea that gives you a very good reason why people will deal with you. if scotland has so little to offer why are the english bending backwards to keep the union
  24. if its a yes vote then england better get ready for some grumpy scots who say they will leave and settle south of the border.
