    well got the fone call lastnite that the springer dog had tied with the bitch .. so leave her up to day after boxing day and let him tie her again and hopefully have a bitch full of wee busy pups come end of feb start march....lol just as my digging season will have ended at least ill have the pups to keep me busy enough for 8-9 weeks then ..... merry christmas and a happy new year and the best of sport for boxing day atb stopend

    your living in dream land lad if you think terrier men can produce 90% top class working terriers from a litter, breeding from working lines dont guarantee you working litters, just makes ye feel good and a bit better if its done that way. stick up a photo please or the name of any dog you know please that can or has produced 90 % from his / her litters, and then we will start sorting the wheat from the chaff. lol here we go ... well here 1 for you..litter of 4 russells...there 18 months now..3 working or been dug too just hope they keep at it lol .. 1 hasnt because the guy hasnt pu

    lol... well in my opinion the reason behind buying line bred names is because beleive it or not 90% of the pups or 4 outa 5 or whatever you wana put the odds as... when bitch and dog were mated then 90% or so of the pups worked on the first litter then second litter then so on.... now these terriers were all handed out to digging men which were given great thought into given a pup for free and would make the terrier into what they were to become...after all its not just the dog that makes the man... but also what the man makes of the dog... ie.. its full potential knowing when the pup is ready

    what you housing in there??? the reason why i ask is because the latches that you used will take noo abuse from terriers or lurchers if they take a bit of nudging and banging... but now you have them on stick another set of latches bout 18 inches from the floor as well that way at least 2 latches are taking the banging... had them same latches on a wee set up i had on the shed for them but the terriers had them nudged broke in like 2 days otherwise good wee job and atb way whatever you keep

    dont really like the new set up myself used it on a few occasions now.... just a big silent house brick way a few flashing lights... not as good as the old one imo...and no where near the barryvox pulse and bellman collar set up....

    yes a 3inch 410, plus young dog was bitten which tend to bleed and put back on the couples with bitch. and i like them [somtimes] to have there worry. thay deserve it and work for it. somtimes wonder why i bother trying to share a few pics , thax for the replys from you genuine lads. busterdog your on the nail. aye but sure if your a keyboard hunter and fireside chatter like most on here then these muppets put 2 and 2 together and come up with 5...these men probably only see a few digs a year thats why they couldnt even think of a scenario of why 2 dogs could get dirty on a days digging .

    just left my hound terrier x bitch 3 yr old that hunts well marks to ground and goes in for the tackle she a busy wee bitch..... dropped her up to a man there now to get her served with a big strong springer dog who crashes cover tounges with the best of them and he marks to ground and has reportedly killed a number of foxes .... when i took the bitch she was ready to stand so hopefully the big lad will do his business hope he gets his christmas leg over and and rapes that bitch for the next couple a days LOL..... atb and happy chrimbo folks stopend

    had a good wee hunt today robs ran him out of a glen across a lane and i walked over a field past the lane and the young bitch turnip and the white bitch daisy were marking in a hawthorn hedge so i gathered up penny the wee black springer bitch and turnip and left the white bitch marking the hole and digging on..... put the 2 in the van and collared up the black and white russell dog dandered over and after 5 mins the b*****d bolted... the white bitch hunted it on bout 2 fields then back ill stick a few pics up later lad
