  2. Nice work Kev,I had 2 made for mine beginning of the year and apart from my terreir having a chew on the end of one they've taken all manner of abuse in the field can't fault his work at all. I like the look of these ones mate.

I originally bought mine as a dive bus and loaded to the gunnels with dive kit(a hell of a weight)4 fellas and from Sussex to Plymouth £30 each way on a 2.4 non turbo lump,the thing is bombproof a piece of piss to work on and parts are easy to come by and tows like a dream and as been said before everyone wants them so has a good resale value even knackered ones are fetching a grand plus which is why we don't see them being broken or scrapped in our yard.
  11. It's for that reason I have no bother parking my t4 up in lanes nobody expects a flock of lurchers to come out where as a transit parked up brings unwanted attention round my way
  12. VW every time mines on 200,000 miles and hasn't let me down ford(found on roadside dead) rot quick,engines go quick and are juicy. We have loads of trannys in for scrapping at work but rarely get a VW in,says alot.

  14. ive got an 8amp and it last the 3 or 4 hrs im out. so would of thought either was more than adequite for a nights lamping I'm getting that out of my lead battery and I'm a twat for remembering to charge it so figured bigger is better,the bugger always dies whenever it gets good!!!
  15. I'm looking to buy a lithium battery but don't know which one to get either the 14 or the 22 amp is there much difference between the 2 ie lamping times etc I run a 100w bulb in my lamp if that makes a difference. Cheers in advance Westy

  18. Only issue I'd have with using a smart phone as a receiver is loss of 3G which would slow things up,surely a dedicated receiver would be far more reliable?

  21. I haven't got the foggiest notion to be truthfull, i had to look up what ABV meant Lol,I do like a drop of old Rosie which I class as hobo strength so I'm drinking as much as I can to get enough 2litre bottles to reuse!!! Have you tried making turbo cider which I think is done within a month?
