  2. Tbh it's the entrance fees that gripe me the most and taking the family it amounts to a fair screw to look round basically a piss poor market with nothing really that interests me(who the feck buys this shit or pots and pans at £70 each??)or any of my lot that go up with me. If you really are going back to roots then I applaud you for having the balls to do it so ill attend.
  3. Sea or course? If sea trying a boat trip for mackerel as you should be able to hire the gear onboard or if coarse buy him a cheap whip and a couple of ready made pole float set ups and get down to your nearest pond,my lad had a 9lb carp on his first day I was well chuffed for him

  7. I prefer 'men in tights' Anythings better than that mincer Kevin costners attempt!!!!(Alan rickman was great in it)Anyone seen die hard 5 yet? Ive heard from a few people its shitePants, the trailer looked alright
  8. Only in comparison to the usual lamps used baw. I got a pic somewhere of a LF170 beam and this side by side it's not as bad as your thinking and the range is about the same or near abouts, but I understand what your saying
  9. I prefer 'men in tights' Anythings better than that mincer Kevin costners attempt!!!!(Alan rickman was great in it)Anyone seen die hard 5 yet?
  10. Have you used one? It's tight compared to a light force but gives enough surround for what I need. I'm happy with it and for what I use it for.
  11. Robin Hood with Russell Crowe can watch that over and over
  12. I got one of these at Xmas after seeing a pal using one and I think it's great!!! Yes the beam is tight but the dogs have quickly got used to it and work on it really quite well,no it's not a replacement for my light force but excels at having a stroll off permo or drive bys has 3 settings hi lo and strobe(never used it) is rechargeable mains or car(bloody handy) and has a good range on the beam more than enough for what I need. Used it to catch all sorts of game no problem, well worth the money.
  13. Do not bother with warm bodies......utter crap!!!
  14. The ones me and some lads have of that cross do a bit better than bushing dogs, good luck with getting them good homes.
  15. As already said there not great and the advise you been given by skycat is good also does the dog pull on the lead?
  16. Hi James Everyone does things differently but I would keep the pup on a lead and work on that bond to start with and expose the pup to everything during that time, recall can be worked on at home simply and without distraction. I'd go right back to basics and take it really slow to start with as bonding I think would be more important in this situation. Good luck.
