Apparently both LACS and RSPCA are in mega financial trouble - The RSPCA are in trouble with the Charities Commission for the third time, and have also been laying staff off and selling assets. LACS have sold land making £500k + and some of their sanctuaries, and still reported a £100K + loss.

They issued a total of 52 summonses throughout the proceedings. Also, these were criminal charges meaning the police would have had to investigate.
-
I thought so too but maybe it's different if they drop the charges as opposed to the charges being not proven, as the judge hasn't made a judgement
-
The RSPCA have dropped all charges against the Heythrop huntsmen.... ....Leaving the taxpayers to pick up a 5 figure bill. They are also recruiting 8 further full time anti hunt monitors.

Best one I saw was a few years ago, my mate was driving his transit can down the road with me and another boy riding shotgun, lo and behold there's a gypsy on a horse and cart pissed out of his tree My mate opens the window and shouts ''Get out the fcuking way'', gypsy mush says ''Fcuk off......(Couldn't understand this part).....Prick..." Long story short, Steve jumped out the wagon and knocked him out (Fairplay he didn't stand a chance), we're sat in the van pissing ourselves, and he leads the lads horse to the side of the road. Then decides to run over the boys leg because, in his words,

Yeah I see what you're saying gnash, to be honest I'd be more than happy to walk that path if it made me a bit of money. I'd rather earn a crust doing something I love than aim for the top and never get there, or rely on everyone else around me to carry me there. I think I'll just carry on and see how it goes

Well gnash these blue collar events don't really interest me, I was thinking of taking it a bit more seriously... As I said at 24 it feels like my chances of going pro aren't as good as someone who's been boxing since they were a schoolboy, then again maybe I'm just being a fanny and need to get a grip At 24 your be very be very lucky to even cone close to pro in licensed boxing it's not just about being good you have to get a name and work up from there like you said there be some very experienced very conditioned amateurs alot younger then you. Then it's all the p.r to deal with. A phra

no just train with a few lads help them out who to watch out for and tips to get the best out of them selfs Good on you, the other problem is that a lot of the amateur trainers round here aren't big fans of it so I don't know how much professional help I'd receive. Probably fcuk all

Hate tweets sent to Tom Daley (Olympic diver)

Yes he is a c**t absolutely but I don't believe that he should have been nicked - his name should have been made public that's all it would have taken for him to get the message -
If you dont feel its something you could or even need to make money from.....why not just go down your local amateur club.....plenty of mid 20,s amateurs about.....and in my opinion its not a sport you cant not take seriously....just enjoy it for what it is I'm off down in a couple hours I'll fight and train for the love of it definitely, but if I can make a bit of money from it then I will do. I went through a year or so of training hard and loved it, being in the army I was as fit as a fiddle but I soon learned that ring fitness is completely different I know it's been done befor

What I don't get is this... If you have a hung jury in court you get a retrial... If you have a hung parliament it seems they just lump people together who have completely different views and then expect us to accept it when things go wrong

Because if you don't vote you have no opinion ergo you are irrelevant Or you could say that we refuse to choose the lesser of 3 evils. I don't vote so I've got every right to moan, when will people wake up and realise this isn't the 70's anymore - labour or Tory makes no difference today, they're all in it for the money simple as.
-
Aye they are as is the bbboc, they like to have ultimate control over everything so don't like it when money slips through their grasp... Thing is if you step in the ring then you take your chances, every single amateur boxer that I've watched, and I mean every single one, had some 'unofficial' fights behind them that were never declared. It seems to be almost standard practise nowadays.
-
That's the other thing, I know a lot of guys fight under aliases to get experience but I wouldn't want to mess my chances up of getting an amateur/pro license. Saying that if the money's right then hey ho

Usually a 'Preserving public peace' speech they give... Look at the conduct of Haye and Chisora in front of the worlds media, that was a sanctioned event did they stop that?

good fun mate.. aslong as you can give and take,, 150 a fight round here.. down south its 500 bar maybe even more... out in the street..fields "illegal" should i say is £1000 but you've a better chance ending of dead! Nice one I used to be the sparring partner for the GB under 21 full contact karate champion, and I was 3 years younger. Thought I was the dogs b*****ks until I was told it was only because I could stand there and take punches all day I only ask as I'm just getting back to boxing and feel I'd be getting on a bit to turn pro (Also assuming I was good enough), so thou
