    That's what I'm trying to say hitcher... The justice system doesn't work, so how can you expect it to decide who dies? I'm with gnash, street justice works. Well it did until communities were split up by immigration and political correctness. Would you prefer to catch these people and deal with them yourself, or turn them in and let a judge who lives in leafy suburbia with no real life experience send him away for a few months? Google 'Robert Green' the rapist, that's what the justice system does nowadays.

    It's all about revenue at the end of the day, hence why there are no excuses when it comes to paying money to the powers that be, yet you can murder someone and claim diminished responsibility.

    There was a film made like that, the murderers etc were dropped on an island. The island split naturally into a "good" camp and bad camp, they were given a food drop every so often and had to fight for it. Was a bloody good idea and i've often wondered why they just won't do it!! The other option should be a 6x6 cell solitary for life with v basic rations and made to do menial tasks like break rocks for the rest of their miserable lives.     How do you know it's totally different? I'm just saying accidents do happen but I agree if they were trying to cover it up they should be blasted. Again, you don't know it's first degree or anymore about it than I do, just because it's emotional for some people doesn't mean everyone involved should be shot. JMO.

    In this case it WILL come out who is Guilty of WHAT. Whoever is Guilty of her death needs the full weight of the law thrown at them even if it was a accident, family fight.     Unless he raped her there won't be any admissible DNA in this case - he was a family member, he would have visited her, she was found in her grans house so on and so forth. Funny how people tell me they don't believe in vigilante action when I'm ripping the police, then we have how many saying we should kill a man for a crime. You've all made you're minds up already, how do we know it wasn't the gran, maybe by accident after a fight, and he ran away for different reasons?
