Ive been asked by the farmer whos land i shoot on to cull the magpies and crows . there mainly on a 10 acre field with woodland at the bottom , im thinking of setting up a few decoys and splitting a bunnie open and shooting them as they land?? and hiding in the woods. I know a larsen trap would be idea but its not possible . so any tips would be great thanks

i finished work earlie today so i set up a target in the garden and rattled off 20 shots through it . wow better action than the air arms feels alot more positive can wait till tomorrow lets see if the bunnies like it.

Nice looking hutch paddy good to see you used external OSB but i would still seal it with a preserver just to be safe because if it can water will find a way in it always bloody does . but well done

Got a call from the timber yard where i shoot the pigeons saying there have been a large number of pigeons over the last few days hanging around so i took a trip over there and shot this tidy lot . And a first for me a crow may seem strange but ive never shot one dont know why just never have ..

DITO I SHOT .22 FOR NEARLY 20 YRS AND I BROUGHT A .177 AAS410 BECAUSE A HUNTINGLIFE MEMBER RECOMEMENDED IT IM SO PLEASED WITH IT ILL NEVER GO BACK TO .22 AGAIN IVE KILLED EVERYTHING THAT I KILLED WITH THE .22 NO PROBLEM. YOULL BE PLEASENTLY SUPPRISED HOW GOOD .177 IS ..... The thing i used to find with .22 is there is a half second from pulling the trigger till the pellet hits its target but .177 you pull it hit much better...

if i were you second hand is definatly the way to go . but shop around for the best bargin there are some cracking deals on second hand air rifles out there.
